Sriram is an independent practitioner, associated with the Firm,  as its Associate Office in Hyderabad. Sriram handles matters in civil litigation, criminal appeal matters (economic offences), NCLT matters, Arbitrations, Service Laws, Electricity Laws, Maritime laws etc. Sriram is also the Standing Counsel for the Vishakapatnam Port Trust and the Dredging Corporation of India.

Jignesh is associated with the Firm as a Consultant. As a Company Secretary, Jignesh has over 11 years of work experience advising listed and well as unlisted companies on their corporate secretarial compliances. Prior to starting his own company secretary practice, Jignesh was associated with the a leading Indian law firm – Nishith Desai Associates in their corporate secretarial team.

Practice Areas: General corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, structuring outbound transactions, private client practice; corporate secretarial and compliance services, covering Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Offshore jurisdictions.

After having worked with leading Singapore based law firm – Rajah & Tann, Dennis specialises in corporate compliance and advisory for structuring different legal vehicles across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Bangladesh, India, offshore jurisdictions and other emerging Asia countries.

On the side, he mentors in institutions, universities (Ngee Ann Polytechnic, NUS, SUTD) and government funded incubator (TBFI by Textile and Fashion Federation) in Singapore.
