After having worked with leading Singapore based law firm – Rajah & Tann, Dennis specialises in corporate compliance and advisory for structuring different legal vehicles across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Bangladesh, India, offshore jurisdictions and other emerging Asia countries.

On the side, he mentors in institutions, universities (Ngee Ann Polytechnic, NUS, SUTD) and government funded incubator (TBFI by Textile and Fashion Federation) in Singapore.
